What kind of footwear do I need?

You must wear athletic shoes at all times. Flip flops, slides / Crocs, and boots are not allowed to be worn while on equipment.

Do parents have to pay?

No parents who do not wish to participate on attractions with children DO NOT have to pay. We encourage you to watch and cheer your kids on from our viewing area. Also, toddlers who do not wish to participate in any activities DO NOT have to pay. We have a complimentary area for them.

Can I bring in any outside food or drink?

Yes. We have a full-service café that offers snacks and drinks as well as fresh pizza that can be added to any birthday package.

What about birthday cake and birthday decorations?

Birthday cake & ice cream are allowed as well as table decorations and banners. We DO NOT ALLOW BALLONS of any kind in the building due to safety concerns with the equipment used to play inside.
